Any communication you have with customers via these channels will arrive into the HelpSpace inbox and then be centralized in one place so anyone can get an overview of the back and forth at any time. HelpSpace allows you to better organize your communication by setting up custom rules and filters to direct messages to go to a certain place or to be handled by certain people.
