Our newest product, Exelare is the next generation of Recruiting Platforms from cBizSoft.  Exelare is a real-time, cloud-connected database with dedicated apps for Windows Desktop, iOS & Android.

Support

The average tenure of our support staff is 6+ years. Their domain knowledge is simply unmatched. Our support is available from 8 am - 6 pm, Monday Through Friday, Central Standard Time. The support queue is monitored 24/7 for emergencies. To open a support ticket, simply email and the first available rep will call you back (if desired) to answer your question live over the phone.  This ensures an extremely fast turnaround for each and every client. Training

Each client is allowed unlimited free training, something unique to cBizSoft. At any time, and for any reason, you can request training for any member of your team. This includes new people you hire. There is never a cost for training. As such, this dramatically lowers the total cost of ownership when comparing cBizSoft with other software vendors.

Implementation & Data Migration

Importing data from Excel (.csv), Resume Files, and Outlook is always 100% free. In addition, cBizSoft has pre-built data conversion programs for many of the legacy ATS systems on the market, allowing us to provide very low-cost data conversions with extremely fast turnarounds. If we don’t already have a pre-built conversion program, we can give you a quote to convert data from almost any software platform you may be using. Pricing & Contracts

cBizSoft is a true software as a service (SaaS) company. We do not require any long-term contracts or user minimums. You simply pay for what you use each month. If you are ever unsatisfied with our product or service, you are free to leave at any time with no questions asked. Products are charged for on a dynamic pricing scale. The more users you have, the less money you pay per user. Pricing discounts are applied automatically based on your active users.
