Don't judge this software by its early-2010s aesthetic. Under the hood, the features are reliable. The screening tool is totally my fav! It gave me the confidence to approve quality tenants right away. It's a functional workhorse for a reasonable base rate.
What you like the most about RentPost?
I’m getting real-time credit and eviction reports. It eliminates all the guesswork. 2. The Payshift payment engine is fast. Money transfer speeds are excellent, zero lag on rent day (mostly). 3. The free, month-long test drive was a major pro. No one else offers that without asking for a card.
What you like the least about RentPost?
It seriously needs a patch for the search bar. Trying to filter past work orders feels like I’m doing something major. It's a time sink too, so would love an upgrade.

Recurring charges are finally something I don’t forget, thanks to RentPost
Set-it-and-forget-it works. That's what RentPost felt like to me, honestly These recurring charges quietly keep my revenue in check and save me brainpower. It’s not loud, but it’s lowkey one of my favorite features.
What you like the most about RentPost?
1. Pet rent, CAM fees, utilities, all get added automatically each month 2. I can pause them when needed, which is underrated 3. Only 29 a month and a dollar per unit. Seriously affordable compared to others.
What you like the least about RentPost?
UX was a little weird at first. Took a minute to get used to how charges are set up.

Automated rent reminders of RentPost took away all the awkward convos
This property management platform basically took me out of the rent-collecting drama. It’s way less personal and way more professional and tenants take it seriously. Huge relief for people like me who hate sending reminder texts.
What you like the most about RentPost?
1. RentPost sends rent reminders automatically, so I don’t have to be the bad guy 2. Tenants pay through the portal without having to asking me every little thing 3.Paying $29 every month and a buck per unit. Pretty solid deal.
What you like the least about RentPost?
I would love to see a push notification when a payment fails or bounces in the future. Email’s easy to miss sometimes.

This tenant portal’s surprisingly great, I’m impressed
I’ve used other portals that my tenants flat-out ignored. This one actually gets used. And when renters stop calling me for stuff they could’ve seen themselves, I count that as a win.
What you like the most about RentPost?
Tenants can see their lease, rent balance, and send me messages all in one place. I love that RentPost stopped my renters from reaching out through calls and texts whenever they wanted. One of the best I've ever come across. Moreover, they let you try it free for 30 days without asking for your card.
What you like the least about RentPost?
Sometimes tenants miss updates because not all notifications are built-in. A few more alert options would go a long way.

RentPost made tax season way less painful
I used to dread tax prep. Now it takes like half an hour because of this PMS and I’m done. If you manage your own books, this feature alone might sell you on the platform.
What you like the most about RentPost?
RentPost lets me track all my expenses per property and pull income statements that are actually readable. I export everything to Excel and just email it to my accountant. No more hunting for receipts in my inbox. This PMS costs just 29 bucks a month plus a dollar for every unit. Can’t beat that.
What you like the least about RentPost?
Would love a batch upload feature for receipts and docs. Right now it’s a bit manual.
