Digital Twin: full transparency through laser localisation and smart software

Our software solution digitises your warehouse with reliable laser technology. Every physical good is identified by the lasers and has a digital twin in our system. Our solution automatically identifies every movement of goods and synchronises the warehouse reality with the digital twin. In addition, the software transmits the new status or location of the goods in real time to your optional ERP or WMS software such as SAP WM/EWM and others.

Increased efficiency through track-and-trace of forklifts in real time

IdentPro's Warehouse Execution System is based on continuous, accurate and repeatable vehicle localisation. We equip existing trucks (manufacturer-independent) with IoT hardware components to capture every movement in real-time. By means of the sensor technology on the vehicle, the picking up and setting down of load units such as pallets is detected. When setting down loading units, the software automatically determines and saves the current set-down position. The ID of a load unit and the 3D coordinate of the current parking space represent the digital twin of a load unit.

Forklift guidance system integrated: Process optimisation through intelligent transport orders

Using intelligent software algorithms, our solution calculates the best possible distribution of all transport orders generated by e.g. a warehouse management system to the vehicle fleet at any given time. Our Warehouse Execution System combines highly developed optimisation algorithms (AI Constraint Solver). The result is, among other things, a forklift guidance system that significantly reduces empty runs by up to 30% while maintaining order priorities.

Collaborative use of AMR

Today's autonomous or automated vehicles are not yet capable of performing all operations in the intralogistical flow. A collaborative deployment is therefore ideal to exploit the full potential of the warehouse. Thanks to our digital twin algorithms, our AMR enable the seamless identification and tracking of pallets, regardless of the vehicle type. This unique feature allows mixed fleets of manual and autonomous vehicles to be optimally deployed, depending on the application.
