Customer support deserves specific mention: when we needed to expand our plan, the account team was accessible, listened to our budget constraints as a nonprofit, and found an arrangement that fit. Recommended for associations and small organizations that host recurring events.
What you like the most about Eventleaf?
That I can hand the check-in station to a volunteer and know it will work. As the operations lead for a nonprofit association, I do not have staff to troubleshoot on event day, and Eventleaf has never needed it. Registration, payments, badge printing, check-in, and the attendee app all run from one place, and our 161-registration conference this year went through without a hitch.
What you like the least about Eventleaf?
Feature tiers are strict, so adding one capability such as email campaigns means stepping up a full plan level. Built-in reporting is limited and I export to a spreadsheet for anything beyond headcount and revenue.
