We are using BotPenguin for our facebook bots, responding to Facebook messages automatically. Currently handling millions of messages on a monthly basis and really great product. Also, we have provided much feedback and they changed so many things to better our product and services. We have also used other services like ChatFuel but this best we found to hand.

B2B customer service and product feature available. Price for value.
What you like the least about BotPenguin?
I like everything and can't fault anything really. Just the UI can be improved I think.

Great tool for Services and Online retail. Is able to provide meaningful resolutions to customers issues and collect valuable information for us. Once customers are using it they generally revert back.
What you like the most about BotPenguin?
Responsive to customer requirements and can be customized very easily and fast. The user experience has been really good. We used it on logistics platform and the customer which started with queries like tracking have revisited and turned regular customers. The total number of our customers have increased by almost 125% since we started using the BotPenguin.
What you like the least about BotPenguin?
There were some modifications required at the Launch which were addressed reasonable well.
