As voice technology continues to gain popularity, our client sought to develop a voice-controlled healthcare assistant to simplify managing complex healthcare information from the comfort of home. We designed a mobile app that securely enables users to configure and manage their voice-activated assistant. The app includes features to create a Virtual Household, assign roles such as caregiver or care receiver, and control permissions for specific tasks. It also offers a Voice Training feature to authenticate users through recorded phrases and PINs. To enhance functionality, the app integrates with a smartwatch for tracking steps and heart rate and includes an emergency call feature that shares the user’s location.
