Card payment was yesterday - thanks to the Swiss technology provider, every object becomes a means of payment. Organizing these means and payments is easier with a well-built application. Client overview Our client is a large Swiss company with a revenue of EUR 340 000 in 2020. Its main activity is the development of payment wearables for banks, producers, and their customers. The company’s platform enables banks and consumers to reach their wearable services goals: providing convenience to customers. The company takes a leading position on the global market: it has Europe’s largest network of banks, and is also active in the USA and Asia. The customer Swatch already relies on wearonize software and hardware. Challenges The client wanted to launch the application with a payment feature where customers could control and organize payments made with their wearables. It was critical that the application must be as secure as possible since it is connected to payment cards. The task was simple to understand due to a challenge our team encountered while working on the SQ1 FLEX project. Solution Silk Data team helped introduce a mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms. All requests from the client were taken into account, and we tried to make the application as unique as possible.
