Aller-Retour is a dual-platform digital solution designed to create a seamless and rewarding loyalty experience for both customers and business partners. The platform includes two distinct mobile applications: one for everyday users and another for partner businesses such as restaurants, car rental services, and retail outlets. This ecosystem empowers customers to collect and redeem cashback bonuses while providing partners with tools to manage locations and transactions efficiently. CHALLENGES - Designing and implementing a complex loyalty program that integrates with Aller-Retour’s existing infrastructure. - Creating two distinct user experiences tailored to customers and partners while maintaining consistency and reliability. - Ensuring real-time bonus tracking, redemption, and partner transactions. - Simplifying onboarding and management for business partners to encourage adoption. - Building a scalable backend capable of supporting thousands of locations and users simultaneously. APPROACH Our team developed two separate mobile applications: 1) Customer App – A user-friendly interface for bonus collection, cashback tracking, and location discovery. It enables users to interact with partner services and redeem collected bonuses in real time. 2) Partner App – Designed for business users to register and manage locations, view transaction data, and offer cashback programs. This app simplifies daily operations and provides partners with control over their loyalty offerings. We focused on seamless integration with Aller-Retour's existing systems, delivering real-time performance and ensuring data security. Using Flutter allowed us to build cross-platform apps efficiently, while Node.js and Express ensured robust backend support.
