The task was to find and select two Senior level developers, with a stack including AI and Web3 development languages and tools. Our approach involved in-depth project analysis, targeted candidate outreach, and rigorous interview processes. Result: From 112 messages sent, we shortlisted 22 candidates, of which 6 reached the final selection stage, leading to the hiring of 2 top-tier professionals, significantly bolstering SMART VALOR's tech team.
