This is not the first time we have collaborated with Ericsson Nikola Tesla. The new task was much larger than the previous one. Recruitment of personnel for the opening R&D office for a large project "Process Automation in the National Health System". It was about searching and selecting candidates for 8 types of different IT positions. Some positions required 4-5 specialists. Our dedicated team of three professionals delved deeply into the technical intricacies of each position, conducting about 10 video conferences with client representatives. Utilizing multiple sourcing channels like LinkedIn, job sites, and our database of past project candidates, we identified 5-6 suitable candidates for each role. Result: Successfully staffed 16 critical positions, contributing significantly to Ericsson Nikola Tesla's healthcare automation project. The whole process lasted about 4.5 months.
