KIAT's engagement with Globalbit involved the strategic recruitment of an R&D Manager in March 2023. Our approach entailed a detailed analysis of the role and close collaboration with the client. The challenge lay in identifying candidates with the right mix of managerial skills, relevant experience, and expertise in R&D technologies. Through targeted searches and leveraging our past project databases, we engaged with potential candidates, conducted thorough interviews, and assessed their strengths and weaknesses. The outcome: presenting the client with six meticulously selected profiles, culminating in the successful hiring of a highly qualified R&D Manager. In the final stage, we actively supported the client, helping to resolve financial motivation issues satisfactory to all parties. Our expertise allowed us not only to attract a worthy candidate but also to address the client's accompanying requests, accelerating the process and saving their time.
