Global IQ Services partnered with Warenest Solutions, a Swiss logistics startup, to develop SpaceFlexo — a modern warehouse leasing and management platform designed to revolutionize how individuals and businesses rent, manage, and monetize storage space. The vision? A sleek, intuitive web app that simplifies everything from inventory management to payments and booking — serving both B2C customers and B2B storage operators. We kicked off with a focused product design workshop to define MVP goals and rapidly moved into design and development. Using React and Next.js on the frontend and Python/Django REST on the backend, our team built a scalable, secure solution packed with features like: Real-time inventory tracking Custom dashboards for users and operators Stripe-based recurring payments Operator branding tools and promotional assets Role-based admin panel Aggregated storage listings with advanced filters Despite a tight 16-week deadline, we delivered a full-featured MVP on schedule. We hosted the platform on AWS with Nginx for performance optimization and used PostgreSQL with Redis for scalable data handling.
