iQuote is the complete Sales Quote and workflow management system that connects the sales team and Authorized Partners. It helps managing the Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients quotes. If any users are quoting below the existing price then they have to send the request for approval within the system and they will get the response back within the system. The software allows tracking clients quote history and if the new quote for the same client drops the price then system will not allow dropping the price. The system users can create the final quote and send it to the end users via Email from within the system and end users can take the approval actions (Approve/Reject/Cancel) by replying the received Email notifications of a quote. AIS team is working on regular updates, maintenance and performance improvement of the application.
