TKS Industrial Company is part of the global Taikisha Group, a world leader in HVAC and Paint Finishing Systems. TKS Industrial was using a legacy application to manage their purchasing process. They were looking to modernize the app and overhaul the purchasing process. AI Software proposed to automate the whole purchase process with an external facing Supplier Portal Application, an internal Purchasing Portal and a back-end processes for automation rules. AIS team used Agile Methodology for the full life cycle development of various modules in the system.
