The client approached us to develop an application of the property ownership financial assessment portal. For this, we have to brush up our Excel and math skills to figure out all the complex mathematical calculations and excel formulas. But, we made sure that we had a solid understanding of the workflow before we started our work. The next challenge was to build an intuitive and user-friendly user interface. We built a wireframe that the client approved. Then we worked with our designers to create a few mock-ups and chose one that the client was really impressed with. We built the front end page using HTML, CSS, and Javascript and made sure that the expectations of the client were met before starting the backend. After this, we had to choose the backend technology. Laravel was the obvious choice because of its flexibility and ease of coding. We chose TDD (Test Driven Development) as we needed thorough testing of every bit of code. We wrote robust test cases that enabled us to test each area of the application. After the development was completed, we suggested some reports that could be of use to the client. He really liked some of these reports that would help him adjust his processes better. Overall, the development took over 6 months but in the end, we had a happy customer and that is what matters to us the most!
