Delta Tech is a Nepal-based tech company. Delta Tech’s core product is Delta Sales App, which is a SaaS-based Field Sales Force Automation solution that helps businesses manage their field sales operations.
Our app streamlines sales activities, automates administrative and repetitive tasks, and provides quick access to customer and product information, all of which contribute to increased productivity for sales teams. GPS tracking of field sales reps also provides managers with a real-time view of sales activities and sales rep’s effectiveness in the field.
Our contribution to the IT business lies in revolutionizing how field sales teams work. By leveraging the power of technology, we enable companies to optimize their sales processes, improve efficiency, minimize manual tasks and drive revenue growth. Delta Sales App has been adopted by 300+ businesses across industries, empowering them to streamline their sales operations and achieve better results.
→ Inception story of your Delta Tech.
- Delta Tech was founded in 2016, initially offering IT services. However, after engaging in conversations with clients, we recognized a common pain point among small and medium businesses: the challenge of effectively tracking their sales representatives' activities. Realizing the financial limitations of developing custom solutions for each business, we took the initiative to develop the SaaS solution, Delta Sales App.
- This SFA solution was launched in December 2018, providing a comprehensive sales tracking and automation platform to address this prevalent issue.

- DeltaSalesApp primarily serves the FMCG, CPG, and Pharma sectors, including a wide range of industries such as food, beverages, paper, plastic, beauty, cosmetics, paints, oil, lubricants, stationery, and office supplies. Our application is designed to address the specific sales automation needs of businesses operating in these sectors, helping them optimize their field sales processes.

- Currently, around 65-75% are repeated customers each month.

- During the initial stage, we faced challenges such as gathering customer requirements, understanding the key problems in the FMCG sector, and getting users to adopt our product. We conducted extensive research, engaged with industry experts, and invested time in training users in order to address these challenges effectively. By overcoming these obstacles, we successfully tailored DeltaSalesApp to meet the specific needs of the FMCG sector, thereby establishing strong partnerships with our clients.

About the Founder:
Ekta Golchha is a passionate entrepreneur. She is the Director of RK Golchha Group, one of the top private sector business houses in Nepal, and the founder of Delta Tech, a technology-based company. Her background in both business and technology has allowed her to excel in her roles.
Ekta's passion for technology led her to found Delta Tech, where she developed the company's core product, the Delta Sales App, a salesforce automation app. Her experience working as a Data Scientist in two startups, prior to starting Delta Tech, further strengthened her knowledge of the industry and helped in the successful launch of the app. Currently the app is being used by more than 300 businesses globally.
Ekta's education is also a testament to her drive and determination. She is an alumni of the prestigious Oxford and Warwick University, and has over a decade of experience in technology.
