Spark Inventory is AI inventory management for product businesses that are tired of guessing what to buy. It learns each SKU's demand from your Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce or Square sales, accounts for seasonality, and checks it against what you have on hand, what's already on order and how long suppliers take to deliver. When stock will run short, Spark works out the quantity and prepares a draft purchase order for you to approve.

You don't even need to open the app: text Sparki, Spark's AI assistant, to ask what's running low, get urgent alerts and a morning brief, and approve a drafted purchase order with a single reply.

Alongside purchasing, it runs multi-warehouse stock, sales orders, invoicing, returns and bills of materials, with a mobile app for receiving, picking and cycle counts. It syncs with QuickBooks Online and Xero. A free plan covers one user, and paid plans start at $99 a month with a 14-day trial.
