Mulberry Sales is distribution software built for the Indian FMCG distributor rather than for the brand above him.

It covers the working day end to end. Counter billing with GST invoices. Van sales and secondary sales, with bills raised at the shop on an Android phone. Beat plans and day-lists so each salesman knows his route. Van loading against warehouse stock, with what went out reconciled against what came back. Shop-wise credit limits, ageing and collections. Free-product schemes, price overrides and damage write-offs. An end-of-day close that puts cash, stock and profit in one place, with cost of goods taken from what each item actually cost when it sold.

The commercial difference is the pricing model. Field-sales platforms in this market are generally sold per user per month, which quietly discourages a distributor from giving a login to a part-time loader or a relief salesman — and then the stock stops tallying.
