The front office module has a powerful guest history feature to track guest stays and spends. Guest details can be used for direct marketing campaigns, birthday wishes, and for promotional offers. Guest comments and feedback can be registered into the system for follow-up corrective action.

Fiesta CRS function is a multi-brand and multi-property booking engine that can be managed centrally. The system captures reservation from individual guests and corporate clients. Through central reservations management, the hotel company is able to manage loyalty, online travel agencies, GDS, payment gateways, revenue, and yield for several properties. This is critical for developing and maintaining a brand/chain. Guests are able to view available rate plans for various types of rooms and other relevant information about the property.

The Point of Sale module is fully integrated software solution for all types of hospitality organizations such as hotels, resorts, bed and breakfast, motels, serviced apartments, condotels, stand-alone restaurants, and catering operations for its food and beverage or other sales outlets.

The financials module is the heart of Fiesta Hotel Management Software. Financial data is collated from various modules and transmitted seamlessly into the respective accounts of the General Ledger. The system generates dozens of generic reports with summaries and detailed formats. Additionally, user defined reports and templates can be created.

Fixed Assets is a premium add-on module to the financials module. It records asset purchases, depreciation, and dispositions within a single location or between multiple locations. The module maintains comprehensive lists of assets categorized into user defined asset groups. Asset movement can be tracked across the enterprise.
