Project Overview Audinc is an online store that deals in making customized hearing protection for several uses like music, industrial, communication, etc. Their online store is a well-known one and has a large customer base. But at a point of time, they were struggling a lot to manage their business efficiently. The client expected us to merge all their programs and systems at one specific place. Plan of Action Our experienced professionals started merging all their platforms into one. In order to manage leads, we implemented a CRM module. With this, the sales representatives have the ability to add and track all their potential clients. We also happen to develop a customized dashboard for creating reports based on their needs for smooth management of their entire system. It also helped them send this quote on online platform for customer satisfaction. Flawless Delivery For ensuring better delivery, we added shipping integration in collaboration with Send cloud. We did this to ensure timely delivery of goods to their customers. Proper Customization We worked on making a custom dashboard for generating reports that were based on their needs and helped them manage their system properly. Focal Point of the Project The website has now become quite easier to use as all of their programs and systems are merged together. With this merger, it has become quite easier to maintain all various platforms without any hassle. Most importantly, the delivery of goods started to be on time , and they happen to attract more customers eventually.
