IngoMobile is a user-friendly and multifunctional application for new and existing company clients, which allows issuing insurance policies or find a company’s office. The True Engineering team created an app that became Ingosstrakh’s full-fledged mobile office. Now the company's clients don't have to waste time travelling to offline offices. In order to buy or extend a certificate of insurance, report a loss event then settle a loss themselves or get professional assistance from an expert, they only need to install the IngoMobile application on their devices. Ingosstrakh was the first company on the market to put its medical insurance service online. The True Engineering team implemented a service for selecting a clinic and making an appointment with a doctor in the app. The company was also one of the first in the market in another popular area - auto insurance (hull insurance and third-party liability cover). TE developers added special options to IngoMobile for arranging and extending certificates of insurance, as well as a functionality for self-inspections and submission of applications for insurance claims settlement.
