Tesla Outsourcing Services LLC successfully delivered a Scan to BIM conversion project for Heathrow Airport's Terminal 3, focusing on the gates and surrounding areas. Our scope included architectural, structural, and MEP modeling at LOD 300 with 15 mm accuracy for a 170,887 sq. ft., 3-floor commercial airport. Using Revit, we captured complex geometries like curved roofs, glass facades, and intricate ceiling structures, ensuring precise integration of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. This detailed BIM model supports future renovations, maintenance, and operational improvements, enhancing efficiency and safety for one of the world’s busiest airports.
