Numo Development is a Ukrainian real estate company focused on profitable properties and promoting investment culture. They offer stable returns to investors by combining innovation, environmental responsibility, and quality project implementation. For Numo Development, we developed a premium promotional website to reflect the brand’s values and showcase key advantages. Goal The primary goal was to create an effective website to attract new investors and partners. We enhanced the design, navigation, and CRM integration to improve daily operations and communication. Scope of Work Design: Developed a design concept matching the brand identity, including custom pages (About Us, Investors, Partners, Contact Us, News, Single News Page). Webflow Development: Responsive coding, CMS setup for dynamic sections, and configuring interactive elements like animations. Optimization: SEO setup, page speed optimization, and responsiveness across devices. Testing and Launch: Testing site functionality, launching the site, and training the client on content updates via Webflow. Process We started with mood boards to define the visual direction, followed by two design concepts, which the client approved quickly. After finalizing the design, we created mockups and began developing the site in Webflow. We also integrated CRM forms to streamline data processing. Final Result The fully responsive website meets all client requirements. It serves as a marketing tool, attracting the target audience and supporting business growth. The client can independently update content using Webflow CMS.
