Procreator Design

The Problem: Kinntegra wanted to improve the user experience of their existing interface to make it easier for independent financial advisors (IFAs) to use and boost their efficiency. They wanted a mobile app that would be easy for customers to trade, track, and manage their mutual fund portfolios and a web platform for IFAs to manage their leads', customers' trades, and other activities. IFAs were used to operating the existing interface despite its complexity, and the challenge was to onboard them to a better experience while ensuring minimal state change. The Solution: Based on the problem statement that Kinntegra came to us with, for IFAs, we offered design solutions to simplify their experience and boost their efficiency with various complex modules such as Dashboard, Analytics, Transactions, Activity Logs, Reports, Calendar, Messenger, User Creation, and more. For the client app experience, we aimed to ensure that clients stay updated with the performance of their portfolios. We designed the app interface to help clients comprehend the functioning of their portfolios. Overall, our approach involved simplifying the experience for IFAs and clients while boosting their efficiency and making sure that clients stay informed and able to make calculated decisions.
