We developed a comprehensive QR-based feedback management system for LazyMonkey, along with a web application and SaaS platform to streamline customer feedback collection. The system is designed to be user-friendly, fast, and secure, allowing businesses to gather feedback efficiently from their customers using QR codes. Customers can scan QR codes, submit ratings and reviews, and share their opinions instantly through an intuitive interface. The platform includes essential features such as secure login, real-time feedback collection, and user management for businesses to track responses easily. Advanced features include analytics dashboards to monitor customer feedback trends, automated reporting, customizable surveys, and integration with third-party tools and communication channels. The system is scalable to support multiple clients, devices, and locations, and includes role-based access for admins and team members. The web app is fully responsive and optimized for performance across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
