Additionally, they wanted to provide their partners, agent and customers superiors experience in their customer journey on the platform with automated workflow, self-service capabilities, transaction and data security. Previously Ageas used to sell most of its policies through agents and with the new age digital world, customers wanted to interact directly with their service providers. Additionally Ageas’s parters and agents wanted to possess better control for their client data management. Furthermore, Ageas wanted to update its core system by eliminating redundant platforms and processes by integrating flexible platforms. They wanted an automated policy management platform with policy administration, policy management, claim management and channel management. Additionally, they wanted to establish a direct channel contact with their partners, brokers and customers via an intuitive, secure and self-service platform.
