Project Overview Madwall, as a solution, had to be built into a full-fledged ecosystem that connected both jobseekers and clients. Being an on-demand solution, faster and seamless cross-platform compatibility was a must for this project. Debut Infotech ensured that user-experience demands were met for the project, where the end-product was a solution that streamlined the way hiring was done, conventionally. Introduction Madwall, as a platform is supposedly the pit-stop to present days’ unemployment and staff shortage issues at the same time. In fact, the platform doubles up as a professional recruitment solution and an on-demand staffing service. Both jobseekers and clients can download the app and register, free of cost. Later, they can search for the available job offerings and get hired at their desired wage. Project Milestones The project achieved 8 construction clients within the pilot phase itself. One of the first on-demand job platforms in Toronto.
