About Genuity: GoGenuity is a SaaS platform designed to simplify IT asset management and software procurement for modern businesses. Built for IT teams and finance departments, the platform helps companies manage everything from hardware and software tracking to contract and vendor spend management on one unified dashboard. Challenge: GoGenuity lacked a unified system to manage IT assets, vendor contracts, SaaS spend, and telecom expenses, leading to operational inefficiencies, limited visibility, and fragmented workflows that slowed overall IT operations. Solution: We developed a centralized SaaS platform along with a mobile-first iOS application to enable complete asset management. The solution included real-time network monitoring, integration with 30+ third-party applications, and a unified environment for SaaS and vendor spend management, contract tracking, IT asset management, and telecom expense monitoring. Result: The platform transformed IT operations by improving efficiency, visibility, and agent productivity through mobile-first functionality. The unified system streamlined workflows, enhanced operational control, and directly contributed to supporting GoGenuity’s successful seed round funding.
