The TAPMI Mobile App is designed to enhance interactions among students, teachers, parents, and management. It promotes timely communication, ensures feedback is promptly addressed, and strengthens the relationship between parents and the institution. Project Scope T.A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), a leading private autonomous business school in India, needed an efficient system to improve communication between students and management. The system caters to essential student needs, including scheduling parental visit appointments, submitting complaints, applying for leaves, and managing night-out requests. To fulfill this requirement, we proposed a user-friendly mobile app for students and a comprehensive admin panel for management. Proposed Solution Focused on user convenience, the app streamlines communication between students and management. Students can log in effortlessly using their registered mobile number and OTP authentication. The system allows students to submit requests easily while providing management with a detailed overview of all queries. Key Features: Appointment Scheduling: Students can request parental visit appointments, ensuring proper coordination with management. Leave Management: Students can submit leave requests, which are reviewed and approved by management. Approved leaves are confirmed via QR code scan. Complaint Submission: Students can lodge complaints regarding campus or hostel issues, enabling management to address and resolve concerns promptly. Night-Out Requests: The system simplifies night-out requests, ensuring transparency and tracking of approvals.
