The Challenge The critical thing connected with this project was “Time”. Time was not on our side as the client had to launch the new eCommerce store with custom change designed, developed, tested, and implemented within a stringent deadline. The client also wanted to sync the POS database with the online orders in one single place. This was only one of the many custom requirements of the same kind, such as syncing data from SHIMS ERP, and developing custom modules for inventory, orders, checkout, etc. The Solution Our business & technology leads analyzed everything, explained the pros and cons of rushing things to the client, and bought us the right time to deliver a glitch-free solution. The design leads brainstormed and came up with an elegant, engaging, and user-friendly UI and simplified navigation.The dev team built a Magento 2 eCommerce store, tested it, and implemented it well within time. Elastic Search was implemented and used for better search results and improved user experience. The new eCommerce store met every custom project and business requirement from synching data with various systems, payment gateway integration, system integration, check out, etc.
