As the CEO, I provide strategic direction, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional digital solutions. My focus is on nurturing client relationships, leading a talented team, and staying at the forefront of industry trends to drive our success in a dynamic technology landscape.

    Inception story of your CodMent.

    • The story of Codment is rooted in a journey powered by passion, belief in technology’s transformative power, and the desire to make a meaningful difference. Witnessing technology’s impact on business and society fascinated me. I realized businesses need agile and tailored IT solutions to successfully navigate this new digital landscape.
    • So, I put together a team of like-minded individuals who shared the same vision and soon started my own company. Our mission was to bridge the gap between business and technology and empower organizations to survive and thrive in a competitive age. To this day, Codment stands as a living example of the power of passion and the certainty that technology can transform how businesses run. 

    How is your business model beneficial to the clients as compared to your competitors? 

    • Our business model at Codment brings significant benefits to our clients compared to our competitors, primarily through the utilization of an in-house team. Having an in-house team allows us to foster better collaboration, communication, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. This proximity and direct interaction with our team members result in a deeper understanding of our client's needs and objectives. It enables us to provide personalized attention, tailor-made solutions, and a higher level of responsiveness to any arising issues or changes. 

    • With an in-house team, we ensure consistent quality control, maintain confidentiality, and have a dedicated workforce solely focused on delivering exceptional results. Overall, this approach enables us to provide a seamless and streamlined experience for our clients, setting us apart from our competitors.

    → Which sectors is your targeted audience? 

    • Since Codment’s inception, we have served various industries, including fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, fitness, food delivery, real estate, travel, sports, social networking, business, education, and entertainment. Our expertise extends to a diverse range of sectors, enabling us to meet the unique technological needs of each industry we serve.

    → What is the percentage of your repetitive customers? 

    • We have an approximately 60% retention rate – primarily including marketing agencies, government projects, and corporate clients. These repetitive customers are proof of the top-notch service we provide.

    Challenges faced by you during the seed stage 

    • During the seed stage of my company, I encountered several challenges that tested my resilience and determination. However, I held my ground and emerged stronger. Initially, securing sufficient funding was a challenge. Building a talented and committed team was another obstacle, requiring us to attract individuals who shared our vision and were willing to join our entrepreneurial journey. 
    • Additionally, penetrating the market and standing out among competitors demanded strategic marketing efforts. So, the seed stage was a transformative period for our company. It helped lay a solid foundation for our company's growth and prepared us for the challenges and opportunities ahead.

    Who is your ideal? 

    • Steve Jobs is my ideal for many reasons. I admire his disruptive thinking, creative strategies, and charismatic leadership style. Another reason why I look up to Steve Jobs is his remarkable innovations in the technology industry. Under his leadership, Apple thrived to new heights; however, I believe the company has never been the same without his guiding influence.

    What are the four pillars of your company? 

    The four pillars of our company are: 

    1. Innovation: We foster a culture of innovation and ensure our solutions are at the forefront of tech advancements. 
    2. Integrity: We conduct ourselves with honesty and transparency and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
    3. Collaboration: We believe in the power of collaboration and work together to develop tailored solutions that drive success.
    4. Excellence: We strive for excellence in everything we do, from the quality of work to the level of service we provide. 

    Lessons learned by you in this entrepreneurial journey

    • Throughout my professional career, I have never hesitated to take risks, which I believe has helped me improve professionally and personally. I’ve learned many things along the way, and I like sharing the knowledge with my fellow entrepreneurs for their swift entrepreneurial journey. Initially, I was eager to get quick results, so I set unrealistic expectations for myself and my employees. Soon, I realized that growth demands time and consistent efforts. 
    • Besides that, I also disclosed the importance of ensuring a realistic cash flow forecast for the following two years at least. Planning multiple revenue streams is also a smart move – it helps during uncertain times. 

    What is the mission and vision of your company? 

    • Codment Software Development mission is to fill out the gap between businesses and technology and empower clients with customised IT solutions to thrive in the digital world.

    Our vision is to push the boundaries of innovation, increase our global footprint, establish strategic alliances, and satisfy the client's dynamic needs across various industries and regions.

From the beginning, I’ve been convinced that technology has the potential to revolutionize industries, drive innovation, and solve complex challenges.
    • This belief has stayed with me throughout my journey as a CEO because I have witnessed firsthand the incredible impact that technology can have. I have seen how software solutions streamline processes, enhance productivity, and create new growth opportunities. With the same belief, we aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and society as a whole.

    • I love watching Podcasts and reading books in my free time. The Joe Rogan Experience is one of my favorites – precisely, the episode where Naval Ravikant was invited.
